Our website www.braintreeclothing.com.au is owned and operated by Kuang Sisters Pty Ltd Trading as Braintree Hemp Clothing, 15/52 Holker Street, Silverwater NSW 2128. ORDERS AND CONTRACT INFORMATION

Your order is accepted and a contract is formed between Braintree Clothing and you when we despatch the goods you have ordered and not before. A contract is not formed at the point in time that payment has been taken from you by Braintree Clothing, nor at the point in time that you receive an email from Braintree Clothing acknowledging receipt of your order. Until the goods are despatched the order may not be accepted by Braintree Clothing or may be cancelled by you.


PAYMENT INFORMATION

We accept credit cards(Visa & Mastercard) and Paypal via our secure website. All items and orders are sold in AUD dollars.

CANCELLATION INFORMATION

Under the Fare Trading Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within a period of 7 working days. The period of 7 working days begins on the day after the day you receive your goods. You must inform us of your wish to cancel in writing either by letter or email within a period of 7 working days. The period of 7 working days begins on the day after the day you receive your goods. You must take reasonable care of the goods and not use them. You should return goods to us in their original packaging, wherever possible, as soon as possible after informing us of your wish to cancel. If you return goods to us, we will not be responsible for any loss or damage to them during transit and we recommend that you use a recorded or secure delivery method. If goods are lost or damaged in transit, we may charge you, or not refund to you, amounts that are attributable to the loss or damage.


RETURNS INFORMATION

We operate a no questions asked refund policy at Braintree Clothing. All we ask is that you send your purchase back within 14 days of receipt of goods with proof of purchase, making sure it's unused and in its original condition and packaging with all swing tags still attached. We ask that you adhere to your obligation to take all reasonable care of the products while they are in your possession. Any products that are returned that do not comply with original condition standards will be sent back to you at your expense.

Returning an item is easy, send it to us at: Braintree Clothing PO Box 6909, Silverwater NSW 1811. We also recommend that you use a registered postal service to return your item as all Braintree Clothing products are returned at your own risk and we cannot be held liable for lost or damaged parcels. Unless the products are defective, you will bear the cost of returning any Products to us.  Once we received the returns, we will refund your Money of the garment, not the postage to your Credit Card or Paypal Account within 3 working days.

 

Items purchased through retail stores must be returned to the place of purchase for exchange/refund.

For any exchanges, replacement goods will be delivered to you free of charge once we received the returns. This will only apply to the first occasion when a replacement item(s) is requested.

TITLE OF GOODS

Ownership of goods will pass to you when full payment has been received. This includes full payment for all relevant taxes and delivery charges.

 

PROMOTIONAL CODES

Sometimes we advertise promo codes which give customers special discounts. Signing up to our email newsletter is the best way to find out about promotions.

To redeem a promo code, simply type the code into the promotional code field in the checkout section of the site, click the apply button and the relevant discount will be automatically deducted from the final price of your qualifying purchase. If you fail to enter the promo code at the time of purchase as specified above, your purchase will not be eligible for the discount. Discounts may not be claimed after you have confirmed your purchase on the site.

Promotional codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other promo code or offer. Discount provided by promotional codes are not refundable.

 

CHANGES TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS

We reserve the right to alter these Terms and Conditions at any time. However, this right shall not affect the existing Terms and Conditions accepted upon making your purchase.
